Clean Liftoff + Clean Pull + Power Clean + Squat Clean

*Build to a heavy complex max

B)Bent Over Barbell Rows

3×10 Pronated *Heavy

3×10 Supinated *Heavy

C)Accessory: Accumulate 30 Strict Pull ups

*Use a Band if necessary

*Perform hard ring rows if needed

*If you can do more than 10 strict in a row do pull ups weighted
