Work 1 on 1 with our Coach to get you ready for CrossFit Classes!
Features
All new members will begin by taking our one-on-one fundamentals course. This course includes 3 one hour one-on-one sessions with a CrossFit coach. We will teach you movements typically performed in a CrossFit group class. These classes are done on your schedule and can be scheduled at your convenience. Once you are finished, one week of CrossFit group classes are included.
Please understand that all movements have modifications and we are happy to work with all abilities.
*If you have previous CrossFit experience either on your own, or at other CrossFit box, we will have you demonstrate proper technique and understanding of the movements, if we feel you are knowledgeable and safely executing the movements we will let you graduate to the group class sessions without taking the Fundamentals program.

During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps.
Fundamentals – $145

These memberships are great if you have a skill that you would like to improve upon. Cody will meet with you to have a free consultation to discuss your training goals and offer you a plan to best suit your needs.
30/month for 2 personalized workouts per week to be done at home or during Open Gym times. You provide the goal and we come up with workouts to help you achieve your goals. This program includes a bi-weekly email update and accountability check in with athlete supplying notes on completion.
*Training package does not include access to Open Gym. That can be added for 25/month. You must have a CrossFit monthly membership to have access to Open Gym.
60/month for 2 personalized workouts per week to be done at home or during Open Gym times. You provide the goal and we come up with workouts to help you achieve your goals. This program includes bi-weekly email update and accountability check in with athlete supplying notes on completion of workouts. Included in this package is one 30 minute skill session per month with a coach to accelerate your achievement.
*Training packages does not include access to Open Gym. That can be added for 25/month. You must have a CrossFit monthly membership to have access to Open Gym.
90/month for 2 personalized workouts per week to be done at home or during Open Gym times. You provide the goal and we come up with workouts to help you achieve your goals.
