Congratulations to Grant and Jackie on their wedding today! They are heading to Jamaica on Sunday for their honeymoon. That leaves Cody and I to hold down the CrossFit fort. Next week we will have running a limited class schedule. The schedule is as follows: Monday-Wednesday 5:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm only. We will be running ‘Prep’ classes as well. Closed Thursday & Friday. Saturday regular 9am WOD.
