Warmup-Barbell Drills

Start a running clock then,

A) OHS *work to a heavy triple with a clear pause in the bottom from 0-10mins

B) Snatch Balance *work to a heavy single from 10-20mins

C) Snatch *work to a heavy single from 20-40mins

D) Snatch Pauses *work to a heavy single with 3sec pauses at the knees-power position-knees-eccentric to the floor from 40-50mins


0-3 Mobility

3-10 Instruction/Barbell Drills

10-20 OHS

20-30 Snatch Balance

30-50 Snatch

50-End Snatch Pauses
