5×5 back squat (Add 5-10# to last 5×5 back squat)
WOD:
18 Minute running clock:
A cycle is 3 minutes long. You will complete 4 cycles total, with 2 minutes rest between cycles. You will start each cycle with a 100m sprint, then as many rounds as possible of:
15 American kettlebell swings (53/35)
10 burpee box overs
Start each consecutive cycle where you left off in the last cycle. For instance, if you get 2 rounds plus 7 kettlebell swings in the first cycle, complete the sprint for cycle 2 and then start the kettlebell swings at rep 8. Your score is total rounds completed for the entire workout. Grant will explain this as many times as needed:)
