A) Run Conditioning:
1600m mod pace
600m fast
1200m mod pace
400m fast
800m mod pace
*rest 4 mins between all sets
*mod pace is 15-30 sec off your best mile time
*fast pace is as hard as you can
B) Accessory: Posterior Chain
GHD Hip Ext 3×15 *weighted if possible
Banded Pull Throughs 3×15-20
