Clean (50% 1RM)

Double Unders x 2 reps

S2O (same as clean weight)

*22 min cap

*rest 5 mins between WODs once you finish or get capped

C) WOD 2


Box Jumps (24/20)

Deadlifts (Same as clean weight)

Bar over Burpees

*22 min cap
