Warmup-400m run, 10 UB Wall Balls (AHAP), 10 Goblet Squats

A) Back Squats 8×4@80% *try to increase from last 8×4

*3 mins rest between sets

B) EMOM for as long as possible

Even Minutes: 18 Wall Balls (20/14)

Odd Minutes: 12 Burpees over Parallette

*scale reps to 15/9 or 12/6…etc. Select a rep scheme to shoot for 6-12 minutes
