These group classes are designed to increase your fitness level by participating in a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. 

hyrox classes and programing

These classes are to prepare you for a Hyrox race or any other endurance race or sport. 

athletic performance classes

 These classes are designed to build better athletes. Focus is on agility, strength, speed and explosiveness. These classes are for Middle-High Schoolers. 

kidfit classes

These classes are an introductory to fitness and nutrition for kids in K-5th grade. 

nutritional coaching

1-1 programing and classes

We offer 1-1 training with the individual’s goals in mind. The trainer is present and walks the individual through the entire workout.
