Warmup-Barbell Drills
A) Alternating EMOM 16
10 Ft Single arm DB OH Walk Lunge +5 OH DB Squats Right or Left
then, Switch arms and 10 Ft Single arm DB OH Walk Lunge +5 OH DB Squats
Do all of the above in the same minute then, 3 Down and Back 20 ft sprints on the opposite minute
B) Overhead Complex
Work to a heavy single of:

1 Push Press

2 Push Jerk

3 Split Jerk
